Pismo Beach Mobile Home Park is a 29 acre gated senior community with 233 home sites located on the Pacific Coast Highway. It is approximately one-half mile south of downtown Pismo Beach and one block from the beach.

Amenities include a Clubhouse with: Pool, Card Room, Social Room, Kitchen, Spa, Swimming Pool, Shuffleboard Courts, Ping-pong Table, Fitness Room, Car Wash, Exercise Room and RV storage.

Social functions include: Bingo, Card Night, Poker, Potlucks, Breakfasts, Bus Trips, Bar-b-ques and other activities.

The park is resident owned. New residents are required to own a share in the Corporation. Nine residents making up the Board of Directors are elected by the shareholders and operate the Park. The residents must be at least 55 years of age.
