We are a resident-owned senior mobile home park located on the central coast of California. Situated just steps from the Pacific Ocean, our Park offers all the amenities of the resort community of Pismo Beach. Our residents enjoy a year-round temperate climate, wide scenic beaches, and a sense of belonging, all from the comfort and security of a gated community.

Surrounded by the world-famous wine vineyards of the central coast and situated on the scenic Highway 1 coastal route, many residents enjoy shopping, sightseeing, ocean kayaking, fishing, whale watching, wine tasting, or just strolling in the sand. Residents participate in Park-sponsored activities, including cards, billiards, swimming (heated pool and spa), ice cream and potluck socials, and the ever-popular morning coffee in the Clubhouse.
